Professional Development Manager

Salary £31,000 p.a.

The ISTD Education & Training Department is seeking a Professional Development Manager to initiate and manage the delivery of continued professional development courses and events for ISTD dance teacher members. This role includes developing high quality and innovative CPD programmes in partnership with the 12 ISTD Faculties and managing staff to ensure delivery at the highest standard. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of dance and the professional development needs of teachers, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills.

The ISTD is one of the world’s leading dance examination boards, encompassing a wide and diverse range of dance genres. The Education and & Training Department offers a broad range of professional development services and opportunities to support the learning of members throughout the world.
