To apply for a Recognised Award, you must:

  • Ensure you meet the requirements applicable to the Award you wish to apply for
  • Complete the appropriate Recognised Award online application, referring to thetemplate policies below, as necessary
  • Submit the completed application and any necessary accompanying documentation to CDMT, together with your application fee


To apply online for the Recognised School or Recognised Teacher award click here.


Upon receipt, CDMT will check, verify and process your application (please allow up to four weeks for this to be completed). The schedule of fees is as follows:

  • Recognised School – £100 per year
  • Recognised Teacher (individual) award – £30 per year (Note that Principals of Recognised Schools are offered the discounted annual rate of £20)

Note that all awards are renewable annually.
