bbodance are offering online learning opportunities and support to dance teachers. Find out more here!
To help aspiring and established dance teachers during this difficult time, bbodance are offering online learning opportunities and support:
- The organisation’s Dance Teaching Qualifications courses can now be taken entirely online. These non-syllabus courses help students develop the skills and knowledge necessary to teach any genre they desire.
- As of 1st May, bbodance will offer non-practical CPD webinars that teachers can watch from the comfort of their homes. Teachers can already watch the most popular CPD sessions that were livestreamed before the lockdown, tuning in as many times as they like until 14th May.
- To support teachers who are interested in the bbodance syllabus, all written and video syllabus resources are online, accessible to bbodance teaching members. The organisation’s latest syllabus, Intermediate Foundation Musical Theatre, is available to watch online now.
- Finally, bbodance are currently running two types of weekly support meetings – one open to everyone who wishes to take part, whether bbodance members or not, hosted by the Director of Artistic Development, Julie Bowers, and one aimed specifically at current Dance Teaching Qualifications students, held by the Head of the programme, Sam Le Bihan.
