Dance for Primary School Staff

 

The Royal Academy of Dance’s Dance for Primary School Staff CPD course will equip staff (with and without prior dance experience) with the knowledge, understanding and skills to design creative, safe, stimulating and inclusive dance activities within the PE National Curriculum. It is for primary school teachers and support staff who are interested in developing sustainable, high quality dance provision within their schools across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and 2.

Become a registered RAD Teacher

 

The Royal Academy of Dance’s Pathway to RTS programme is aimed at dance teachers with a ballet teaching qualification at Level 4 or higher, or equivalent, to enable them to become a teacher with the RAD. As an RAD registered teacher, you will gain recognition by joining a professional network of over 8,000 other teachers enjoying the benefits of RAD membership, such as access to the Members’ Area of the RAD website, a subscription to Dance Gazette, inclusion in the RAD’s ‘Find a Teacher’ online search, and a discount in the RAD shop.
