Salary | £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

The Royal Academy of Dance is a dynamic organisation dedicated to advancing standards of dance education – teaching, promoting and investing in the development of dance worldwide. As a recognised awarding organisation, The RAD offer a range of examinations and awards to approximately 250,000 candidates each year.

The RAD have a vacancy for the Panel of Examiners Manager who will be responsible for managing the administration relating to the RAD’s international panel of over 200 examiners. This role will be responsible for the allocation of examiners’ work, new examiner recruitment and training programmes, and the ongoing support of its’ examiners, who are key ambassadors for the Academy.

You will report to the RAD's Chief Examiner and work closely with other key members of their examinations team, as well as line manage the Panel of Examiners Officer. You will lead on a variety of projects relating to the Panel of Examiners, so the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines is imperative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will have extensive experience of working in an administrative and customer service role within an office environment, ideally at manager level and ideally in an examinations or awarding context. You will have strong IT and problem solving skills and a commitment to supporting the work of the panel of examiners and other RAD stakeholders.
