Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, your role will be pivotal in providing administrative support to the Director as well as providing support to the Finance and Global Business Development departments, including correspondence, diary management and document preparation. The work involves confidence, sensitivity and discretion in interactions with a variety of people, nationally and internationally.
You will bring your substantial experience of providing administrative/secretarial support, ideally at senior level, to the role. Experience of diary management and preparing agendas, distributing papers and writing minutes for committee meetings (or similar) will be needed.
You will have strong IT skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You will have a real commitment to top quality customer service, high level interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills, together with the talent to multi-task, prioritise, and see tasks through to completion whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
