We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Examinations Registration, Results and Certification Manager to join the Examinations team.
The Royal Academy of Dance is a dynamic organisation dedicated to advancing standards of dance education – teaching, promoting and investing in the development of dance worldwide. As a recognised awarding organisation, we offer a range of examinations and awards to approximately 240,000 candidates each year.
Reporting to the Director of Examinations and with the support of the Examinations results and data processing team, you will manage and quality assure the Examinations Board’s registration and results services, both in the UK and worldwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and detail-orientated. The successful applicant will have significant proven experience of working in an examination results processing or similar environment, and of developing and delivering administrative processes and procedures.
With a real commitment to top quality customer service, you will have all round first class communication skills in English (and possibly a second language) as well as sound interpersonal skills, enabling you to lead and support colleagues and to form effective internal and external relationships at all levels. Experience and knowledge of a range of IT systems, including customer relationships management and MS office, will be needed.
