RAD - Support Officer

We are looking for a Support Officer to join the Marketing & Communications team.

£21,000 - £25,000 pa
Permanent / Full-time (34.5 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Support Officer to join the Marketing and Communications team. This is a superb opportunity for someone with previous admin experience and an interest in marketing.

The role will be pivotal in providing high-level support to the Director of Marketing and Communications, and alongside this will include marketing administration as well as providing general office management assistance to the wider team.

Your profile

You will bring your substantial experience of providing administrative/secretarial support, ideally at senior level, to the role. Experience of diary management and preparing agendas, distributing papers and writing minutes for committee meetings (or similar) is essential.

You will have strong IT skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You will have a real commitment to top quality customer service, high level interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills, together with the talent to multi-task, prioritise, and see tasks through to completion whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
