Examinations Resources Administrator Vacancy
As Examinations Resources Administrator, reporting to the Examinations Resources Manager, you will provide administrative assistance to the Examinations Resources Manager. Assist with the recruitment, standardisation, training and contracting of RAD Examiners as directed by the Examinations Resources Manager. You will also provide PA support to the Chair of the Panel of Examiners as required.

The Royal Academy of Dance is a dynamic organisation dedicated to advancing standards of dance education, teaching, promoting and investing in the development of dance worldwide. As a recognised Awarding Organisation, we offer a range of Examinations, Assessments and Awards to approximately 225,000 candidates per year.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of working in an administrative role gained in a professional working environment.
SKILLS
You should be committed and enthusiastic with GSCE level education (including Maths and English), and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) including accurate data entry and a good use of the internet and email.
Your other attributes will include:
- excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with enquiries from the general public, colleagues and students with an excellent customer service focus
- accuracy and attention to detail
- proficient numeracy skills
Experience in organising complex travel arrangements would be an advantage as well as having provided secretarial support.
Appointment to this post will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service, Disclosure Scotland or other applicable international body.
