Remembering Len Goodman

1944 – 2023


We are deeply saddened by the death of Len Goodman, a long-time supporter and patron of CDMT, formerly CDET.

Len was an exceptional professional Latin and ballroom dancer and teacher who won the British Championships in his late twenties. His dedication to the dance industry led him to become the head judge on Strictly Come Dancing for over a decade, and later on Dancing With the Stars in the United States.

Len Goodman’s contributions to the dance world, from capturing the public’s hearts during numerous TV appearances to encouraging future generations of young dancers, will be greatly missed. In this difficult time, we offer his family our condolences.
