The Council for Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre (CDMT) wishes to appoint two people working on a five days a week basis.

The interviews will be conducted on Tuesday 14th December and Wednesday 15th December at the CDMT offices. 


Salary: £21,000 to £23,000.

Location: CDMT offices, Old Brewer’s Yard, 17- 19 Neal Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9UY. Normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours a week) but events/projects may demand the occasional evening/weekend work.

Purpose of the posts: To administer and advance CDMT’s projects and operations and to provide efficient and effective support to members of staff, including digital initiatives. The opportunity suits those interested in furthering a career in administration in the arts.

Located in the heart of the theatre district, our base is in Covent Garden. You will be expected to make a substantial contribution to our small team in a vibrant and prolific organisation which provides quality assurance and membership services to institutions delivering training, education and assessment in dance, drama and musical theatre.

Excellent team working, written and verbal communication skills; a confident, assured and personable telephone manner; a high standard of literacy and numeracy, and a professional approach to work are essential for the CDMT.
